HYRO began as a place for professionals like me. Curious, future-focused, and obsessed with how people shape organisations (and vice versa).

Over time, it’s become sort of a diary. Here you’ll find my reflections on industry shifts, my takes on regulatory updates, and my thoughts on what it really means to build people-centred workplaces in a changing world.

What I hope you find here is honesty. The messy bits. The lessons learned. The things we don’t always talk about in HR.
