Guess what?!

This month I had a wonderful and insightful conversation with Kath Hume on her Reimaged Workforce Podcast. We discussed the current and future state of talent and recruitment, trends and projections, and why we should be creative throughout the recruitment and talent processes.
 

We also had a quick discussion about my thoughts about the CV being DEAD.
