Our first topic is about Embracing the Future & Learning from the Past! Our path to success.

In today’s ever evolving world, our roles are more critical than ever before. We are tasked with assisting organisations navigate the complexities of the present, and also the future.

By reflecting on lessons (and data!) from the past, we can effectively embrace the opportunities and challenges of tomorrow.

What are some examples of learning from the past?

  • Embracing change and innovation – the past has taught us that we must be adaptable to thrive in rapidly changing environments. Not just in global pandemics, but things like fast advancing technology. Remember the last time we were not prepared for change? Well we should never not be prepared again. Future proof your processes, reflect on lessons learnt, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Data Analytics – Data paints a story at a certain point in time. Was there a time where turnover was at an all time high? What was that pattern like? Is it happening again? Can we prepare to avoid a mass exit?
  • Employee Experience – periodic employee surveys is its own set of data. In the past did we have really amazing survey results? Are our results down in the present? Let’s reflect, what was going on back then? What contributed to our positive experiences that we are lacking now?
